The new pneumatic underpinner MINIMAX is designed for a better operation during the moulding joining, due to its wide space at the support place.
It is also remarkable for its new system of double push-button joined in the same zone to facilitate the visibility in the work area and the handling of the operation previous to the adjustements.
The new MINIMAX is equipped with a press of adjuster height and with piston of double rod that offers an efficient resistance even working in situations of high capacity.
The nails insertion is done through a cylinder which dimensions and capability achieve a high speed of work and great efficiency at the nail insertion process, besides, the power can be regulated with accuracy to avoid the damage of most delicate mouldings or to work with the harder ones.
The nail fastening, as it is usual in INGLET is done through a magazine, securing the commodity of the work and improving the nail guided into the magazine.
With a system of moulding square adjustable at 45º it achieves the best angle adjust with complicated mouldings.
The position stops are in millimetre to insert the nails with great accuracy.
The system of pneumatic feed is realized with a cock to assure the blow off of accumulated water into the interior dryer filter.
